This larger badger is carved of serpentine by Lorandina Sheche. Lorandina is the daughter of Aaron (d.) and Thelma Sheche and she carves a variety of Zuni fetishes but is best known for her traditional Zuni fetishes made in the style of her parents who fashioned their work after the fetishes found in Frank Cushing's book.
The badger has turquoise inlaid eyes, a red pipestone arrowhead tied on with turquoise and red coral. signed.
