Terrence Panteah has carved this little turtle from ricolite serpentine. This stone is mined near Silver City, NM and we used to see quite a lot of it. Terrence is related to the Quam, Bowannie and Calavaza families.
The turtle body and shell are etched and there are points of turquoise inlay on the back of the turtle's shell. Signed.
