Sometimes the contemporary nature of a fetish will surprise us with a particularly clean line. This pipestone bear by Kenny Chavez is really something. We love the detailed ones, too -- but the simplicity of this guy is outstanding. Like a man of few words -- his presence pretty much says it all.

Sterling silver inlaid heartline and eyes. Unsigned.

BEAR: The bear represents the western direction in a protective and healing fetish set. He is associated with the color blue and known for his curative powers. Though all bears are healers, white bears are particularly powerful. Characteristics associated with bears include strength, courage, adaptability, healing and spiritual communion.
