If you have been looking far and wide for a large, pearly standing bear wearing a turquoise naja then look no more. Your bear guy has appeared. This handsome guy is made of very nearly pure white Mother of Pearl. (There is some slight golding on the back.) Bears are known for their medicinal healing powers and white bears are the super docs of Zuni lore.

This handsome, stoic fellow was carved by Michael Laweka and he has inlaid the naja (turquoise necklace) and jet claws as well as the the bear's facial features. He stands perfectly on his hind legs and measures a full three and smidgen inches tall. As good for you as chicken soup if you are feeling poorly and no feathers to pluck! Signed.
