Click to order this Mountain Lion


Here is a rare "old style" mountain lion with the tail up and over the back from the carving couple of Vernon Lunasee and Prudencia Quam Lunasee. Usually their beautiful lions have swept back and slightly spiralled tails but this "lion of the East" is traditionally done. Quite a striking pose!

Its eyes are inlaid of Sleeping Beauty turquoise (notice a pattern?) and this feline is initialed "VLPQ ZUNI" on the bottom of its paws. This fetish has nice translucence in the stone.
