Garrick Acque carves a variety of animals and we have noticed over the years that the lines of his work are more fluid and less angular that they were years ago. I suppose that is the maturing process of an artist. He's carved this wonderful Picasso marble mountain lion (darker than he appears in photos) with an elongated profile. And he's etched two triangular spirals on the back of the lion. The eyes are inlaid of turquoise. Really nicely done and a beautiful feline addition to your collection. Signed.

**Please Note** Dave got some weird blue reflections on this piece from his lighting. He's getting used to a new camera and hasn't worked out all the quirks just yet. The blue splashes are NOT part of the stone.
