Priscilla Lasiloo is married to Stewart Quandelacy and her style is very similar. Usually her bears are small but this one is large for a Priscilla carving. The piece is carved from a pale specimen of fluorite though Dave thinks it's angelite that's dehydrated. The stone is translucent (though not as transparent as most fluorite) and changes personality when backlit as you can see in the photos.


The heartline of the bear is inlaid of red coral and the eyes are inlaid of jet. It is unsigned which is typical of the artist.
