Chris Yuselew (d.) carved this unusual Dimetrodon from a deep green piece of Ricolite serpentine. It has a nicely carved "sail" along the spine. Be grateful that the Dimetrodon lived 242 million years ago. They were more than 11' feet long and were carnivores!

This guy is completely harmless but he will remind you of the imagination and sense of wonder that is NOT extinct in Zuni Pueblo. The eyes are inlaid of turquoise and the fetish is signed on the bottom.



Great for a dinosaur afficiando or a collector of Chris' work!
