This elegant eagle was carved in the 1990's by Stewart Quandelacy. For a time, he was carving them frequently but never as often as his iconic medicine bears. This one has been in our personal collection since we purchased it from Sedonawolf in the 1990's.

Made from Mother of Pearl, the eagle stands upright, head looking back over the shoulder. There is some detail over the entire body and the base of the carving. A natural "heartline" appears on one side of the carving and is an organic structure within the shell. The eyes of the eagle are inlaid of turquoise. Really well carved and a bit of a rarity. Unsigned.
